We would love to kick around a few design concepts with you before we get down to the actual design work. We know the ins and outs of kitchen / bath remodeling and the products that are involved, enabling us to specify the best for each project.
• Project Budgeting
We will provide a budget for the "whole project," not just a cabinet estimate. The most cost-effective resources for the project will be suggested. We create a design that reflects your taste, within your budget.
• Custom Design
For larger projects, we can help you with a floor plan or concept before the architect does his work or we can tune up the design later.
• Space Planning
We offer suggestions, never forcing our ideas on you, using your likes and dislikes to inspire a design that everyone is happy with. Remodeling inconvenient, outdated spaces and integrating the remodeled space with the surrounding rooms and style of your home is our specialty.
• Design Renderings
We can walk you through a reality-style tour of your new kitchen or bath, as well as show you standard floor plans, elevations and perspective drawings to give you the best representation of your new space.
• Design Review
The better your planning up front, the smoother the implementation. If you have ideas for your layout, sketch them out.
• Coordination of Trades & Management
We can supply all the talent that is necessary to complete your project or we can work with your requested contractors. We make a concerted effort to screen out unprofessional tradespeople from the mix.
